What's Changing?
Starting November 12, 2026, a new federal law makes it illegal to sell hemp products with more than a tiny, almost-zero amount of THC in them - including most of ours.
Most hemp-THC products on the market today, including several of ours, do not meet that bar and fall outside the legal definition of hemp the moment the deadline hits. There is no phase-in period.
Why It Matters
This isn't a niche regulatory tweak. It puts a $28.4 billion industry and more than 300,000 American jobs on the line —
jobs built over eight years since the 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp.
And it affects real people, real customers like you who rely on these products daily to live your best life and stay well.
What You Can Do
STOCK UP NOW
If you wait until November to decide, the decision may already be made for you. Get what you rely on now, while it's still available and compliant.
SPEAK UP NOW
Congress can still change course
This law takes effect exactly as it's written unless Congress acts first.
The Goodness of Hemp Act is the only real alternative on the table.
Tell your representative you support it today - not after the deadline has already passed.
These are the only products that would be available after the November 12 deadline... Only 4.
Questions? We've got answers
This is not a minor adjustment. Federal law is redefining "hemp" by total THC and caps it at 0.4mg per container. That's an extremely low bar. Most hemp products sold today, including most of ours, do not clear it.
Unless Congress changes the law before November 12 2026 , it takes effect automatically.
The law targets THC, not CBD by name, but the cap is so low that most full-spectrum CBD products, which naturally
carry trace amounts of THC, get caught in it anyway. This means most of our products will be banned.
Our THC-free and CBD topical products aren't affected by the THC cap. Full-spectrum and Delta-9 products will not be able to be sold.
There are 2 BIG things you can do.
Waiting isn't a strategy here. Stock up now! After Nov 12 we cannot promise restocks or a path back to the same products you have come to know and love. And if you don't want this to happen at all, tell your representative you support the Goodness of Hemp Act today, at thegoodnessofhemp.org not tomorrow and not next month, today!
It's the industry's realistic shot at stopping this before it happens - tiered regulation under the USDA, FDA, and the
Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, with a workable interim THC limit, instead of a blanket shutdown. If it doesn't pass, the ban takes effect exactly as written. There is no grace period built in.
Visit thegoodnessofhemp.org and tell congress that you support The Goodness of Hemp Act.
America's hemp industry has grown.
Now it's time for policy to grow with it.
Congress has an opportunity to support a balanced, long-term framework that strengthens American agriculture, protects consumers, encourages innovation, and creates opportunities across the full hemp economy.
One Plant. Many Benefits.
If a product in your subscription won't meet the new limit, that subscription gets cancelled by November 12 - we're not going to keep charging you for something we can no longer ship. We'll contact anyone affected, but don't wait on that email stock up now.
Don't take our word for it. Read the underlying bill text and the reporting on it - see sources below.
