A: Subscription options are available on each product’s page right above the quantity selector.
Q: How can I sign up for a recurring subscription?
A: We made our subscription program simple as can be. When you select any of our products, you will see two purchase options: the one-time order at full price, and the subscription price which saves you 30% on your first order, and 25% on each subsequent order (seems like a no-brainer, right?).
Q: How can I swap my subscription?
A: You can log into your account at any time to pause or change your subscription.If at any point you want to subscribe to a new product, you will receive the 30% discount on the first order. Additionally, if you cancel and resubscribe to the same product, your discount will be 25% as it will no longer be considered your first order.

A: Absolutely! Just log in to your subscription account and click “delivery schedule”. From there, choose “edit”, and then “change delivery schedule”. Easy as 1, 2, 3!

A:We accept all major credit cards for subscriptions. Each order is billed right before it ships. If you need to update the credit card on file, click on the "edit" button in the "card on file" section. On the following page, you can enter the new credit card information. You can also easily update your billing information. Just click the "edit" button in the "billing information" section. On the following page, you can update address, zip code, etc.

Q: I have canceled my subscription but how do I resubscribe?
A: Log into your account and click “manage subscriptions”. Once you're in the subscription portal, find the subscription you would like to resume and click “re-activate”.
Please note that if you cancel and resubscribe to the same product, your discount will be 15% as it will no longer be considered your first order.

Q: Can I choose how often I get my Elixinol products?
A: Yes, of course – you are in control! Set your next charge date by logging into your account and clicking “manage subscriptions”. Once you see the subscription you want to amend, click “edit”. This will take you to your subscription portal, where you can edit your next charge/delivery date.
