SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping

Shipping times are business days Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please note this might change due to inclement weather. All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, which includes expedited orders. 

Expedited shipping options are shipped via United Postal Service (UPS). Expedited shipping is not available for PO Boxes and Military bases and will be sent via our standard shipping method.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. If you did not receive this communication, please contact customerservice@elixinol.com.

Due to local legislation we are not able to fulfill any orders to WV and LA. We also are limited in what products can be shipped to Oregon. Oregon’s recent legislation limits the amount of THC per bottle, which unfortunately impacts several of our full-spectrum capsules and tinctures. The Oregon law also prohibits us from selling any products that contain CBN.

Orders to Hawaii can expect longer shipping times. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are accepted.

 

International Shipping

Elixinol USA cannot ship products outside of the United States. Please reach out to one of our global partners if you are looking for international shipments. Note that these international orders will experience different delivery times than expressed above.

Lost Packages

It’s rare, but occasionally a package will get lost in transit. We will review each incident and aim to identify where an error could have occurred, but most times these circumstances are out of our control. If your tracking information lists the order as “delivered,” Elixinol will not be held responsible. We will, however, work with you to contact the courier service directly to report the incident.
